Common Faults and Maintenance Methods of Four port Mahjong Machine

You may encounter some common faults when using the four port mahjong machine. How should you repair them? Now let's introduce it.
1. The indicator of the main board power supply does not light up after power on
The main reason for this failure is that the mainboard power supply is damaged or the mainboard power connection cable is not connected with 220V power. In such a case, first adjust the multimeter to the AC voltage~750V gear, and measure whether the power input has a voltage of about 220V. If so, the mainboard power supply is damaged; If not, check the power input terminal and connecting wire.
2. After power on, the main board power "indicator light is on" and the power supply is normal, but the program does not work
The main reason for this failure is that the main board program is not properly burned, or not located, or the main board is broken, or the panel switch is faulty. To deal with the panel switch fault first, unplug the panel switch, turn the remote control to the left gear and press the "A/B" key to color. If it is normal, it proves that the panel switch is damaged. Replace the panel switch.
3. Play the right color, but don't choose the card
The main reasons for this failure are bad motherboard, bad bracket, bad bracket cable or poor connection. The maintenance method is to let the mahjong player pass through the bracket and observe the indicator light of the motherboard. If one indicator light is not lit, touch the bracket plug of the motherboard with your hand. The indicator light of the motherboard has a light indicating that the motherboard is good. Replace the bracket with a good one, but the indicator still does not light, or replace the bracket cable.
4. The color is correct, but the cards are not selected correctly
This problem is mainly due to the poor assembly of the support, the misadjustment of the straightening block, the panel needle and the two locating wheels of the magnetic ring, which can be readjusted according to the technical requirements of the assembly.
5. Touch positioning does not work
The main reason for this failure is that the main board is broken and the touch positioning line is open circuit. The interface cable in that direction should be replaced with another good socket. The indicator light is still not lit when touching for positioning, robbing and canceling. The good interface cable should be replaced with a bad socket. Touch for positioning, robbing and canceling. If the indicator light has an indication, the motherboard is good.
