The motor is not working properly

2. The motor of the chain assembly is blocked: Check whether the chain rod is stuck and whether the S2 is normal. If the chain rod is stuck, the reverse button can be used to reverse the chain to eliminate the fault;

3. The reverse motor is not working properly: check whether the reverse button is in good condition, whether the wire is cracked or off-line; change the control board or motor;

4. The motor does not rotate: check whether the motor plug is in good contact and whether the wire is cracked. Further judge the operation of the external 220V voltage single test motor. If the motor is running normally, the problem mostly lies in the main control board, and the main control board should be checked by professionals.

The chain assembly motor keeps turning:

1. When the first card is arranged, the motor of the chain assembly works to push the card to the next lifting plate, and the motor of the chain assembly stops working after the end. If the motor of the chain assembly keeps rotating, check whether the positioning sensor S5 is defective or blocked by foreign objects;

3. Check the surface of the plastic reflector of the chain rod for oil and dirt.
