1. The card-making speed of the machine is too slow for more than 80 seconds

Causes of failure: wrong position of electromagnetic coil, rubber strip of turntable falling off, adjustment of triangular block spacing, adjustment of card feeder, adjustment of springboard, the height of magnetic isolation board and turntable. Turn it down, the rotation speed of the machine head is abnormal, there are sundries in the conveying trough, the shuffling spring is not easy to use, and the rotation speed of the turntable is ahead of the electromagnetic coil.


2. The chain rod is stuck behind the pusher

Causes of failure: the elasticity of the square push rod, whether the top of the square pressure plate falls off, whether the tension spring falls off or the micro switch is inflexible.


3. Head card

Causes of failure: Adjust the travel position of the machine head and the conveying groove (generally, the distance between the head baffle and the conveying groove is 1mm diagonally of the mahjong tile), the performance of the groove optocoupler is poor, and the photosensitive distance of the K1 head sensor is too long (4# The photosensitive distance is 10mm), the motor gear is damaged, the head stacker and the road board are not flat. Adjust the position of the machine head protection plate and the push plate, the first-stage push plate slider is inflexible and not in place, and the stainless steel plate is too low.


4. The upgrade table and the table are not flat

The reasons for the failure are: the rubber pad is not placed correctly or the rocker arm is not vertical, the screws are loose, or the iron plate of the protective cover is too high or too low, the panel bracket screws are loose, and the panel is deformed.


5. The last few cards cannot be shuffled

Causes of failure: the spring falls off or the card position is not good, there is no magnetism, or the position of the magnetic coil motor is adjusted, the magnetism of the flip magnet is not good or the position is not good, whether the magnetic coil is synchronized with the big board, and the rubber strip falls off.


6. The shuffled cards on the table are not neat and scattered

Cause of failure: The distance of the transport track is too large, and the overall screws of the road board are loose. The card push slider is not very flexible, and there will be a jam phenomenon when upgrading the card.


7. The conveyor wheel dice beep

Cause of failure: The dice column of the conveying wheel is rusted, just remove the wheel, take out the embroidery powder and refuel.


8. Conveyor belt slips and deviates

Cause of failure: The tension rod of the conveyor belt is not strong enough. At this time, the tension spring screw can be withdrawn to the lower screw hole or the spring can be replaced; the drive wheel of the conveying motor is deformed, etc.
