The machine is slower than 80 seconds
cause of issue:
The position of the magnetic ring is not in place, the turntable rubber strip is off, the distance of the triangle block is adjusted, the adjustment of the card entry device, the adjustment of the flop bar, the height adjustment of the magnetic isolation plate and the turntable, the speed of the head is not normal, and the conveyor has debris. The shuffle spring is not easy to use, and the turntable speed is ahead of the magnetic ring.
The chain rod is stuck behind the push plate
cause of issue:
The degree of flexibility of the four-way pusher bar, whether the tops on the four-side pressure plate fall off, whether the tension spring has fallen off or broken, the micro switch is not flexible.
Head card
cause of issue:
The stroke position adjustment of the machine head and the conveying trough (the distance between the general head plate and the trough is 1 mm for the diagonal of the mahjong card), the trough optocoupler performance is poor, and the photosensitive distance of the K1 head sensor is biased. Long (4# light sensing distance is 10mm).
The motor gear is damaged, and the machine stacker is not even with the track plate. The position of the card stop plate and the push plate are adjusted. The first class push bar slider is not flexible and can not be retracted, and the stainless steel plate is too low.
The riser and the desktop are not flat
cause of issue:
The rubber pad is not placed correctly or the rocker arm is not vertical, the screw is loose, or the iron plate of the card is too high or too low, the panel bracket screws are loose, and the panel is deformed.
