How Mahjong Machine Works

The surface layer on the back of Mahjong tiles contains magnets and other things that can be attracted by magnetic force, but not on the front. During work, the Mahjong cards rotate on the disk with an inclined disc. When the cards rise to a high place, the cards on the back face are sucked by the magnetic coils on the shuffle bucket, and rotate with the magnetic coils and sent to the transport slot. At the machine head, it is pushed into a pier by a stack push motor and pushed away by a chain rod. The cards facing up continue to rotate on the plate. The cards on the slot are folded into doubles and then distributed to the four sides by the push rod. There is a small spring on the disk to flip the cards so that the cards on the front are turned down, and the magnets are sucked on the back, until all the cards are sent to the slot and taken away. After the number of cards on all sides is enough, the lift button on the operation panel is operated by a person, and the pallet under the card sends the stacked cards on the table.

There are two buttons in the middle of the desktop, namely, open and close buttons, and four dice buttons, in four directions, respectively. When the position opening button is pressed, the cabin door will automatically open. At this time, you can push all the other Mahjong tiles on the tabletop, and then press the button again, the cabin door will automatically close. The motor drives the turntable and the chain (with a push rod on the chain) to rotate, and is automatically controlled by the electronic chip. At the same time, the pre-shuffled cards will automatically rise, and the cycle will repeat.
